Becca Butler, MS
Becca (she/her) is a doctoral candidate at Antioch University, New England, where she earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has provided psychotherapeutic and assessment services in various settings, including community mental health and college counseling centers, for over five years. She works predominantly with adults and older adolescents, and has experience working with individuals across diverse racial, ethnic, sexual, and gender identities.
Becca draws on a relational psychodynamic perspective in her clinical work. She focuses on the therapeutic relationship, working to co-create a safe and healing space in which clients can explore understanding and meaning in their lives. She helps her clients recognize ineffective coping strategies from childhood, as well as helping them discover the capacity for change within themselves. Becca brings a trauma-informed lens to all interactions and works towards a socially just practice every day. She is available for appointments with adults and adolescents in-person or virtually.
